Wash them phosphate free products and dry them with our free sun instead of a dryer.
Littering
No littering in the mountain!
The eco-cup is mandatory. No cup will be at the aid stations.
Throw you used batteries in the special boxes on the aid stations.
Use the toilets on the aid station.
